New Ways to Lose Weight

Losing weight can be a challenging and complex process, by using the right approach, it can be achieved safely and effectively. It’s no longer a matter of reducing calories and increasing activity, but a management of complex interaction of different hormones regulating your weight. The hormones leptin, insulin, ghrelin, cortisol, estrogens, androgens and growth hormone influence our appetite, metabolism and body fat distribution.
